Looking to build a career in the professional audio and video industry? Online Marketing is seeking an organized, customer-focused AV Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team in Wadsworth, Ohio. This position is the backbone of our sales organization, supporting both our inside and outside sales teams while ensuring our customers receive fast, accurate, and professional service. As you grow in the role, you'll also be given the opportunity to manage a small portfolio of customer accounts and help drive additional sales. Primary

Responsibilities

:

• Prepare customer quotes and pricing
• Assist with inventory, product availability, and order status
• Support inside and outside sales representatives
• Coordinate manufacturer pricing requests and project registrations
• Maintain CRM records and sales reporting
• Stage product demos and coordinate sample shipments
• Answer customer phone calls and emails
• Assist with warehouse operations as needed
• Coordinate sales meetings, customer events, and manufacturer trainings Career Growth Opportunity: As you become familiar with our products and customers, you'll gradually take ownership of a small group of inside sales accountsbuilding relationships, following up on quotes, and identifying opportunities to grow business while continuing to support the broader sales team. Compensation

: $45,000$60,000 based on experience, with performance-based bonus opportunities.
