Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Car Salesperson to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting customers through the vehicle buying process, from initial greeting to final sale. Success in this position is driven by strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a proactive approach to sales. Earning potential is performance-based, giving individuals control over how much they make.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify their vehicle needs and preferences
• Present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting features and benefits
• Guide customers through pricing, financing options, and the sales process
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals
• Stay informed about current inventory, promotions, and industry trends
• Complete required paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude on the sales floor

Qualifications

• Previous car sales or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Valid driver's license
• Basic computer skills

Compensation

• Commission-based pay
