We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and sales-driven Sales Associate to join our luxury furniture and home decor showroom. Our showroom offers indoor and outdoor furniture, home decor, wall decor, accessories, and design pieces. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with customers, has a good eye for style, and can help clients choose the right products for their home or outdoor space.

Responsibilities

include:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist customers with furniture, home decor, outdoor furniture, and design selections.
• Explain product details, materials, sizes, colors, and available options.
• Help customers choose items that match their style, space, and budget.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive showroom.
• Follow up with customers by phone, text, or email when needed.
• Process orders and assist with basic sales tasks.
• Support showroom displays and product presentation.
• Work as part of a team to meet sales goals.

Requirements

:

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in furniture, home decor, interior design, retail, or luxury products is a plus.
• Friendly, professional, and reliable.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Sales-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Good sense of style and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using a phone, computer, and basic sales systems.
• Weekend availability preferred.
• English required. Additional languages are a plus.
