About the Role

Sorola Agency, LLC is hiring a licensed Insurance Account Manager to focus primarily on account servicing. This role offers a stable base with strong upside: hourly pay plus uncapped commission. Your drive and results will increase your pay through commission growth, and you can earn additional bonuses for achieving target numbers.

Compensation

• Hourly base pay + uncapped commission
• Hourly rate is tied to the commission option you select (details shared during interview)
• Bonus opportunities for meeting target.

Responsibilities

• Quote, sell, and help service policies (auto, home, renters, etc.)
• Follow up on quotes, close new business, and support retention
• Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate coverage
• Generate business via inbound leads, outbound calling, referrals, and networking
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow agency/compliance processes
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching

Requirements

• Active Colorado P &C; license required on day 1 (Life/Health a plus)
• Strong sales, follow-up, and time management skills
• Professional communication skills (phone/text/email)
• Comfortable using a CRM and learning multiple systems
• Goal-oriented and dependable
