Thrive in a fast-paced environment, understand the commitment it takes to be successful in Real Estate. We are a small, growing Residential Real Estate Team in the Treasure Valley (we operate under Boise Premier Real Estate). This is two roles in one. You list and sell as an agent on our team, and you keep the owner and the operation organized. You bring in and manage listings, and you run the systems that keep every deal on track. Real seat, real upside, and it grows as we do. What you'll do Listing agent: - List, market, and manage seller clients from sign-up to close - Handle pricing prep, photos, MLS, and showings - Build relationships and bring in new business Executive assistant to the owner: - Manage the calendar, inbox, follow-ups, and daily priorities - Prep documents, listing materials, and presentations - Handle scheduling, vendors, point of contact for clients. Operations and coordination: - Keep files moving from contract to close: deadlines, contingencies, signatures, compliance - Coordinate inspections, appraisals, title, and closing - Build and sharpen the checklists, templates, and systems we run on, and keep the CRM current Who you are - An active Idaho real estate license, or one in process (this role lists and sells) - Thrive in a fast paced environment, understands the commitment it takes to be successful in Real Estate. - Organized, calm under deadlines, and you follow through without being chased - A clear communicator, clients and partners trust - Comfortable with a CRM, Google Workspace, and e-signature tools - Real estate or executive assistant experience is a plus; we will train the right person on our systems - Local to the Treasure Valley and able to work a hybrid schedule What we offer - $45,000 to $58,000 base depending on experience - Commission on the listings you carry, plus a performance bonus - Quarterly Performance bonus - Hybrid schedule, full-time - A direct line to the owner and a front-row seat to how the business works - A clear path to more production, responsibility, and pay as the team grows How to apply Send your resume and a few sentences on why this role fits you.
