Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Manufacturing Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and eager to develop their sales skills in a supportive environment. As a representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business development and fostering strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing contact with existing customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and following up on potential leads. While prior experience in manufacturing, or industrial distribution is a plus, we are willing to train motivated candidates with a strong interest in learning about the industry.

Responsibilities

• Engage in outbound calling to prospective clients, introducing products and services.
• Utilize software to manage customer interactions and track sales activities.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Assist in the negotiation process to close sales and achieve business objectives.
• Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional sales.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Work closely with the management team to improve marketing materials and expand the company's presence in the industry
• Stay updated on industry trends to identify potential growth opportunities

Qualifications

• REQUIRED : A strong interest in sales and a degree based in engineering, or industrial distribution (Experience is a plus but not required).
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, in English.
• A proactive approach to business development and inside sales activities.
• Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining a positive rapport with clients.
• A desire to learn and grow within the sales field.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous but not required. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $48,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
