Overview

: Washington Courthouse, Ohio based Fiber-Tech Industries ([please apply online] is a family-owned company that produces large scale custom designed and cut Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic Panels (commonly known as FRP). Fiber-Tech is one of the largest producers of FRP panels in North America.

Position Summary

: Fiber-Tech is seeking a motivated and well-spoken Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. As an Inside Sales Representative you will work with both existing and new customers to ensure a smooth sales process while demonstrating excellent customer service skills and professionalism.

Responsibilities

: Respond to web and phone inquiries Quote both existing and new customers Sales order entry Communicate with customers on order confirmation and status Use excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service when interacting with customers Position

Qualifications

: No specific education or experience required Good written, computer and verbal communication skills required Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is desired Excellent attention to detail is a must as understanding and entering technical specifications for our products is an important part of the order entry process Ability to work with others including senior management, managers, supervisors, office staff and operators in the plant Must be a self-starter who can identify needs in the organization and envision, communicate and implement solutions Wages and
