Roofing Sales Representative (Outside Sales) Location: Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach & Port St. Lucie, FL Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation

Statewide Roofing is seeking motivated, driven, and customer-focused Outside Sales Representatives to join our growing team serving homeowners throughout Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, and Port St. Lucie. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who thrives in a competitive, performance-driven environment and wants unlimited earning potential. As a Roofing Sales Representative, you will meet with homeowners, assess their roofing needs, provide free roof replacement consultations and estimates , and guide customers through the process of investing in a new roof. With strong company support, quality products, and a proven sales process, you'll have the tools needed to succeed and maximize your earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate roofing needs and determine if a full roof replacement is recommended.
• Provide professional, no-obligation roof inspections and free replacement estimates.
• Educate homeowners on roofing options, materials, warranties, financing solutions, and the benefits of replacing their roof.
• Present customized proposals and confidently guide customers through the decision-making process.
• Build trust with homeowners by providing honest recommendations and exceptional customer service.
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales process.
• Work closely with production and project management teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation.
• Maintain accurate customer information, appointments, and sales activity within company systems.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales or in-home sales experience preferred.
• Experience in roofing, construction, windows and doors, or home improvement sales is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to close high-ticket sales and build strong customer relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable meeting with homeowners and conducting in-home consultations.
• Ability to manage a flexible schedule based on customer appointments.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
