Key Responsibilities

• Utilize our AI-powered platform for lead generation, customer service, and customer relationship management.
• Build and maintain strong wholesale customer relationships through outbound phone calls and follow-up communication.
• Process customer orders and manage order-related tasks through Shopify.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective customers.
• Support company goals through effective communication and teamwork. Required Skills &

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, and confident phone presence.
• Ability to learn and navigate Shopify and other business software.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently while contributing to team objectives. What We're Looking For The successful candidate will be a self-starter who enjoys learning, values teamwork, embraces technology, and is committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers. Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
