Job Description

: Sales Account Manager As an Insurance Sales Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in our insurance agency by actively promoting and selling insurance policies to potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, build relationships, and close sales to meet or exceed your sales targets. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and engage with potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms. Utilize effective sales techniques to generate leads and create a pipeline of potential customers. Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' insurance requirements and provide appropriate coverage solutions. Explain policy details, benefits, and exclusions clearly and professionally. Customize insurance proposals to meet individual client needs. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining regular follow-ups. Act as a trusted advisor by staying informed about industry trends and updates. Sales and Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and techniques to maximize sales opportunities. Continuously identify new business opportunities and cross-selling possibilities. Documentation and Administration: Accurately complete all necessary paperwork, applications, and documentation related to insurance policies and client interactions. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies. Continuous Learning and Development: Stay updated on insurance products, industry trends, and sales techniques through ongoing training and professional development activities. Demonstrate a commitment to self- improvement and a desire to continuously enhance sales skills and knowledge. Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams People-oriented Able to learn computer functions Able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation. High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct. Property and Casualty license & Life and Health license (must be able to obtain) Maintain licenses to market State Farm products, as requested Job Type: Full-time Pay: $33,281.00 - $100,000.00 per year
