Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager with daily tasks, including sales, inventory, and customer service.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with expert product knowledge.
• Maintain bait tanks and ensure a clean, organized store.
• Contribute to a welcoming and professional store environment.

Requirements

:

• Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving targets.
• Deep knowledge of fishing and hunting products and the outdoor industry; local area fishing and hunting knowledge preferred.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
