We're hiring a Sales Support Specialist a hands-on role that teaches you the business from the ground up and sets you up to become a Project Manager within your first 90 days.

What You'll Do

This is a lead generation + sales support role where you'll work both in the field and alongside our internal team. You will: Prospect and generate leads for retail and insurance restoration projects Support the sales process from first conversation through contract signing Assist with scheduling, documentation, and professional client communication Track activity using modern technology and sales software Collaborate with our Marketing Team on events and community outreach Attend events and help build referral relationships (company ambassadors) Support the Sales Team in-office and in the field Train and develop quickly into a Project Manager career path Who We're Looking For You'll succeed here if you're: Coachable, motivated, and hungry to learn Comfortable talking to people and building relationships Interested in construction, sales, and insurance restoration Organized, tech-savvy, and strong with communication Comfortable working outdoors and moving around throughout the day Able to work a flexible schedule (some weekdays + some weekends) Pay, Bonuses & Earning Potential This position includes a strong hourly base plus multiple ways to earn bonuses , so your income grows as your performance grows. Base Pay: $18.00$20.00/hour Estimated Total Earnings: $45,000$75,000+ (base + bonuses) Bonus Opportunities Include: Lead Bonuses (earn more for every qualified lead you generate) Performance Bonuses (weekly/monthly goal-based incentives) Sign-On Bonus (paid after onboarding milestones) Training Rewards (earn as you level up in your role) Sales Contests + Team Competitions (cash prizes, gift cards, and more) Earnings beyond base pay vary based on performance and are not guaranteed.
