RMK Management is growing! Come work for a fun and family oriented company. We're for an experienced sales person with great attitudes and fantastic customer service for Fieldpointe of Schaumburg. As a Leasing Consultant, you will manage the leasing process for prospects assisting to ensure a smooth move to our beautiful community. A few of your main duties: Greet clients, assess needs, answer questions, and provide tours of the apartments and community. Process applications and prepare and review lease agreements and renewals. Respond to in-person, phone, and email inquiries, which includes providing leasing information, making appointments, and creating and following up with maintenance requests. Assist with resident relations, and other assignments as needed.

Required Qualifications

: Illinois Leasing License preferred but we will work with right candidate to get licensed within 90 days of being hired. Minimum of 2 years leasing experience. High School education

Preferred Qualifications

: Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Yardi/CRM experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
