Responsibilities

:

• Talk to warm buyer leads over the phone and help them get covered
• Use our training and tools to lay out insurance options that fit each family
• Take care of your clients so they stick around and send you referrals
• Work with your team to hit your goals and theirs
• Keep up with products and industry changes so you always have the right answer

Requirements

:

• Sales or customer service background preferred
• Strong communicator who's comfortable on the phone
• Can run your own day and also pull your weight on a team
• Self-motivated with a real drive to win
