Overview

We are seeking a driven, people focused Assistant Manager/Sales Associate to help lead our Red Wing Shoe Store. This is not your typical retail sales job. This is a consultive sales environment where we help hardworking professionals find the right footwear for their trade using our UFX. You will be the shoe expert. If you enjoy leading a team, hitting goals and delivering high level customer service, this is a great opportunity to grow into a leadership role with a respected brand.

Duties

• Support daily store operations.
• Oversee teams performance.
• Lead by example in sales, customer service and product knowledge
• Help coach staff in KPI's
• Ensure every customer gets the Ultimate Fit Experience
• Help with inventory and merchandising
• Maintain store cleanliness and professional presentation
• Support local marketing efforts and social media posting
• Help train staff using internal tools
• Answering phones

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in retail or sales leadership experience
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Result driven mindset and focused on hitting goals
• Comfortable working in a fast paced and customer focused environment
• Ability to lead a team while also being hands on sales
• interest in learning about work footwear, fit and safety products
• Has their own car and is willing to travel between Margate and Palm Beach What makes this role different

Compensation

is based on experience. The individuals that thrive here will be individuals who like winning as a team. We are looking for an individual that loves talking to customers and solving problems. A leader who takes pride in helping others and understands that great service drives great sales. Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
