Scandinavian Designs - Dania Furniture is looking for a Sales Associate!

• What You'll Be Doing
• Provide exceptional customer service with a consultative approach
• Maximize sales growth in a commission-based environment
• Process sales transactions, schedule deliveries, and handle after-sale service
• Maintain a clean and welcoming showroom
• Become an expert in our products and services through a 3-month training Assist with store opening/closing procedures and support warehouse/delivery teams

Who You Are

:

• 6 months to 2+ years of sales, retail, or customer service experience encouraged
• Excellent communication and professional sales presentation skills
• Available to work a mix of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs., bend, kneel, and use hand tools for assemblies
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; experience in interior design or consulting is a plus Location: 11345 Causeway Blvd, Brandon, FL Position:Non-Exempt/Hourly Job Type:Full-time/Permanent Training Wage:$16.50/hr - $18/hr for three months! Paid Bi-weekly! Post Training Wage:Continuous base pay of $14.00/hr
