Job Summary

: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Leasing/Marketing Specialist. This includes the marketing of properties through our various listing partnerships, attracting prospective tenants and guiding them through the leasing process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service and marketing skills as well as a passion for real estate.

Responsibilities

:

• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective tenants throughout the leasing process
• Conduct property tours and showcase available units to potential renters
• Assist applicants with completing rental applications and necessary paperwork
• Conduct background checks and verify references of potential tenants
• Coordinate lease signings and ensure all required documents are completed accurately
• Respond to inquiries from current tenants regarding lease renewals or maintenance requests
• Maintain accurate records of rental inquiries, showings and lease agreements
• Collaborate with property management team to ensure units are well-maintained and ready for occupancy
• Stay up-to-date on local rental market trends and competitor offerings
• Coordinate marketing efforts with social media platforms
• Create lead-capture opportunities through strategic marketing initiatives, leveraging both traditional and digital channels
• Monitor and maintain marketing inventory materials Experience:
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
• Familiarity with property management processes is a plus
• Strong customer relationship management skills
• Experience in marketing/advertising preferred
• Knowledge of legal administrative procedures related to leasing agreements
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
