Overview

: This is an entry-level Business Development Representative role focused on outbound calls, lead generation, and quotes. You'll earn bonuses based on activity and performance while learning the skills needed to move into a full sales role quickly.

Responsibilities

:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and schedule appointments
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives to ensure smooth handoffs and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and update CRM systems regularly
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to develop sales skills

Qualifications

:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Competitive mindset with a desire to succeed and advance quickly
• Coachable and open to feedback with a willingness to learn
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily What We Offer:
