Full description of the position

City Restore is looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to help grow our business throughout Southern California. This is a field-based position where you'll build relationships with customers, demonstrate our heavy equipment restoration products, deliver supplies, and provide hands-on product training. You'll work directly with construction companies, equipment owners, rental yards, and other industrial businesses. If you're self-motivated, enjoy meeting new people, and don't mind getting your hands dirty during product demonstrations, we'd love to meet you. Full-time job during business hours.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and develop new customer relationships in San Diego territory
• Visit construction companies, equipment dealerships, rental yards, and industrial businesses
• Demonstrate City Restore products on heavy equipment
• Deliver products to customers when needed
• Provide hands-on product training
• Maintain relationships with existing customers
• Follow up on leads and generate new business opportunities
• Represent City Restore professionally at all times
• Work closely with our Sales Manager and Service Manager during training What We're Looking For
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable speaking with business owners, managers, and equipment operators
• Organized and dependable
• Able to work independently without constant supervision
• Comfortable driving throughout Southern California
• Willing to perform hands-on demonstrations and light manual labor
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Knowledge of heavy equipment is a plus

Requirements

• Valid California driver's license
• Clean driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable driving both short and long distances
• Comfortable driving a company van periodically
• Ability to lift at least 45 pounds
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Basic computer and smartphone skills

Compensation

This position offers minimum hourly pay, $16.90/hr, plus commission on every sale. Your income is directly tied to your effort and success. If you're self- motivated, enjoy building relationships, and are driven to grow your sales, you'll have the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings through commission. We believe in rewarding hard work and providing a compensation structure that allows motivated team members to succeed. Pay: $16.90 - $24.00 per hour Application Question(s):
