Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute outside sales strategies to attract new clients and grow existing accounts across diverse markets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication, personalized service, and ongoing support
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend suitable insurance products, including health, life, property, casualty, and commercial insurance solutions
• Negotiate policy terms, premiums, and coverage options to achieve mutually beneficial agreements with clients
• Manage sales administration tasks such as CRM system updates, policy documentation, and benefits administration records
• Stay informed about insurance regulations, compliance standards (including HIPAA), and industry trends to ensure accurate advice and adherence to legal requirements
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach campaigns via telemarketing or other channels that generate leads and promote services

Qualifications

• Proven or retail sales within the insurance or financial services sector
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual capabilities are a plus)
• Demonstrated customer relationship building and customer service expertise
• Knowledge of health insurance, life insurance, property casualty insurance, and commercial insurance products

• Analysis skills to evaluate client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
