Advisor/Sales - Automotive Repair Shop Job

Overview

: As an Automotive Service Advisor/Sales with Christian Brothers Automotive, you are the person that our customers look to when they need help with their vehicle. You are the person that our customers see every time they make an investment into their vehicle, because of these reasons you play a large role in building relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities

include, but are not limited to:

• Greet every customer that enters our facility with hospitality
• Present / Advise on the best solution to properly repair our customer's vehicle in a way that is easy for them to understand
• Check customers in and out
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Providing safe shuttle service for our valued guests
• Assisting the shop with receiving, processing, incoming and outgoing parts and other errands as needed
• Keep the facility clean and organized
• Assist other team members as needed with clerical tasks such as accounts receivable and filing paperwork
• Serve as a community ambassador for the store through creating authentic relationships and partnerships
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

:

• Proven successful customer service experience is required; driven to serve others
• Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with our staff, vendors, and customers
• Valid state driver's license
• Meet required insurance driving record parameters
• Enjoy a fast-paced environment and a Team mentality (we work hard but like to have fun doing it)! Physical

Requirements

:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk and hear
• The employee is occasionally required to balance, stoop, kneel, and/or crouch
• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus
• Being dependable for a position that is Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. 6:00 p.m. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year (plus incentives)
