North Ember Solutions is expanding in the Louisville area and is hiring an Entry Level Sales Associate to represent AT&T services. As an Entry Level Sales Associate, you'll work directly with customer accounts to introduce AT&T internet and wireless solutions, answer questions, and help each customer choose services that fit their lifestyle. No previous telecommunications experience is requiredwe provide hands-on training, mentorship, and opportunities to grow from day one.

Responsibilities

• Meet face-to-face with customer accounts to introduce AT&T products and services
• Learn each customer's needs and recommend the best internet and wireless solutions
• Guide every customer through the enrollment and account setup process
• Deliver a positive customer experience by answering questions and providing clear recommendations
• Build lasting relationships with every customer through professional communication
• Stay current on AT&T products, promotions, and technology as an Entry Level Sales Associate
• Work alongside your team to achieve individual and team goals as an Entry Level Sales Associate
• Participate in ongoing coaching and development to continue growing as an Entry Level Sales Associate

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Comfortable working directly with customer accounts in a face-to-face environment
• Goal-oriented, dependable, and motivated to succeed
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful but not required
