We partner with hard-working, high-value home service businesseslike tree removal crews, exterior painters, epoxy flooring specialists, and contractorsto help them capture missed leads, dominate local search, and scale their operations instantly. These business owners are incredibly busy, often out in the field running heavy equipment, and they lose thousands of dollars a week to missed calls and poor local visibility. We provide them with a proprietary, fully managed system that plugs these revenue leaks. Because we are in an exciting launch phase, we are looking for a hungry, self- motivated sales professional to join us on the ground floor. We handle 100% of the technical setup, software management, and ongoing customer support. You just build the pipeline, win the trust of business owners, and close the deals. Why This Position is Different: True Recurring Wealth Most sales jobs pay you a one-time commission, and you start at zero the next month. Not here. Because this is a startup, we want true partners who are motivated to build long-term wealth with us. Our systems are billed on a monthly subscription model, which means your commission is monthly recurring (MRR). As long as the client remains with our company, you get paid every single month.

• Tier 1 Solution: Earn $50.00 / month, every month per client.
• Tier 2 Solution: Earn $50.00 / month, every month per client.
• Tier 3 Solution: Earn $75.00 / month, every month per client.
• The Full Stack: Earn $175.00 / month, every month for every client that takes our full package. If you build a portfolio of just 30 clients on our full stack, you will receive over $5,200/month in predictable, passive residual income flowing in every single month. The Freedom to Choose Your Sales Playbook We don't micromanage how you close deals. We give you the product training, the backend technical support, and the freedom to run your own strategy:
• Want to sell remotely? Select a territory anywhere in the US and close deals via phone, cold email, social selling, and Zoom.
• Want to sell face-to-face? Head out to a regional territory outside of Monsey (such as Orange County, Westchester, or Bergen County) and walk into businesses directly to build face-to-face relationships.
• Want to do both? You have the complete flexibility to mix and match your approach to see what converts best for you. Who We Are Looking For
• The Self-Starting Hustler: You are highly disciplined, self-motivated, and comfortable finding your own creative ways to open doors and secure meetings.
• Relatable Communicator: You easily build fast trust with blue-collar, everyday business owners and speak their language without relying on confusing tech jargon.
• Tri-State Proximity: You must live within a reasonable commuting distance of our office in the Spring Valley/Monsey, NY area for our weekly/bi-weekly pipeline reviews and team alignment.
• No Technical Background Required: We provide deep training on our systems, the specific pain points of our target industries, and exactly how to position our solutions to win the account.
