Job Title: Outdoor Living Sales Representative Company: Rizo Industries Inc. / LA Turf & Paver / Evergreen LandscapeLocation: South FloridaJob Type: Full-Time / Commission-Based / Base + Commission AvailablePay: Based on experience and performance We are hiring an Outdoor Living Sales Representative to join our growing construction, landscaping, artificial turf, paver, and outdoor living companies. This position is for someone who is professional, motivated, organized, good with people, and comfortable meeting clients in person. The sales representative will be responsible for meeting homeowners and business clients, understanding their project needs, presenting options, helping prepare estimates, following up, and closing projects. Our services include artificial turf, putting greens, pavers, porcelain, travertine, marble, outdoor kitchens, landscaping, drainage, irrigation, concrete, and other outdoor living improvements.

Responsibilities

include:

• Meeting clients in person for estimates and consultations
• Understanding the client's project needs, budget, and expectations
• Measuring project areas and collecting photos, videos, and project details
• Presenting company services, materials, and project options professionally
• Helping prepare estimates and proposals
• Following up with leads and past clients consistently
• Closing sales and collecting signed approvals/deposits
• Coordinating with the office and project team after a project is sold
• Keeping client information, notes, and updates organized
• Representing the company professionally at all times
• Building relationships with homeowners, property managers, real estate agents, builders, and commercial clients

Requirements

:

• Sales experience preferred
• Construction, landscaping, turf, pavers, outdoor living, roofing, impact windows, solar, pools, flooring, or home improvement sales experience is a plus
• Must be comfortable meeting clients in person
• Must have strong communication and follow-up skills
• Must be organized and able to manage multiple leads
• Must be professional, punctual, and reliable
• Must be able to take measurements, photos, and project notes
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred
• Must be motivated by performance and results Ideal candidate: We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company and make money based on performance. The right person should be confident, respectful, professional, and hungry to close deals while also protecting the company's reputation. This is not a simple order-taking position. We need someone who can follow up, communicate properly, understand client needs, and help close high-quality outdoor living projects.

Compensation

:

Compensation

will depend on experience and performance. Options may include commission-based pay, base plus commission, or another structure depending on the candidate's experience. Commission is paid based on approved company terms and after client payments are collected.
