About the Role

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Total Wireless team! As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of the brand, helping customers find the right wireless solutions while delivering an exceptional in-store experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with wireless products and services
• Promote and sell Total Wireless plans, devices, and accessories
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations
• Handle activations, upgrades, and troubleshooting
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience preferred (not required)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Bilingual (Spanish/English). What We Offer
