Licensed Insurance Sales Representative $18$30/hr + Uncapped Commission Lotus Business Solutions is hiring on behalf of one of our valued clients for an experienced Licensed Insurance Sales Representative. We are seeking a motivated sales professional who is passionate about helping customers find the right insurance solutions while building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with new and existing customers to understand their insurance needs.
• Promote and sell auto, home, life, and other insurance products.
• Generate business through warm leads, cold calls, referrals, and networking.
• Provide excellent customer service, including policy updates and claims assistance.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate customer records using CRM and other sales tools.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
• Life & Health License preferred (or willingness to obtain in a timely manner).
• 12 years of sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making outbound sales calls and working toward sales targets.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, spreadsheets, and CRM software.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
