Seal Beach, CA This is not a remote position Blingual (Spanish) Sales Support Agents Wanted (BDC)Up to $63.5+/yr. - Earning potential includes an hourly base salary of $19/hr. + uncapped performance-based bonuses This is a great career opportunity to be part of a winning team that will reward you for your passion! You will be responsible for coordinating all incoming calls/inquiries, following up with customers, and booking appointments. No cold calling!!!

Requirements

:

• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
• Minimum of 1 - 3 years' experience handling high-volume inbound/outbound customer service or sales calls.
• Excellent telephone skills are an absolute must for this position.
• The ability to instantly build rapport with clients.
• Superb communications skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be a quick learner and be self-disciplined with a "never say die" attitude.
• A professional demeanor and the ability to face rejection without losing momentum.
• Superb customer service skills with the proven ability to resolve customer service issues.
• The ability to meet or exceed department Key metrics that measure overall performance.
• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and efficient typing and writing skills.
• Strong organizational expertise and attention to detail.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to work flexible hours and days, including evenings and weekends (40 hours/week). We Offer:
