Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous driver/courier experience is preferred. Customer service experience is a plus Must have a Valid Driver's License and clean driving record. Must be at least 21 years old. Very punctual and strong time management skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to problem-solve customer issues Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Ability to meet the physical demands of the position. Front Counter Clerk - retail/wholesale - job employment We are looking for a Front Counter Clerk to be able to work between Monday from Saturday. (Schedulable) ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Greet customers. Answer questions from customers regarding price, dry cleaning process or assist customers on inquiries and complaints. Enter customer and order information using computer system. Arrive 5-10 minutes before their shift to set up and count cash drawer. Accept, receive or deliver garments from/for customers. Mark, stamp or tag garments to be cleaned. Accept payment (cash, credit card) and makes change for customers. Remove and record the amount of cash in register at the beginning and/or end of shift. Check-in finished orders using the computer system and racks them according to store procedures. Keep the store clean and orderly. Responsible for assisting in the preparation of daily deposits, change, and total sales, however, do not have access to safe combinations or the manager's keys. Ensure compliance of Company policies, procedures and practices and supports Company loss prevention efforts. Lock and secure the store when scheduled. Responsible to ensure personal appearance, and that of the store are up to company standards. Answer telephones and queries over the phone. Perform other duties as assigned by a drop store supervisor and other management. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
