• Base Salary: $50,000$65,000 (commensurate with experience)

• Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers
• Identifying new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting
• Meeting with customers to understand their electrical needs and project requirements
• Preparing and presenting proposals in collaboration with estimators and project managers
• Following up on bids and proposals to help secure new business
• Serving as a trusted resource for customers throughout the sales process
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from awarded projects to project execution
• Attending customer meetings, networking events, and industry functions
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities
• Consistently working toward individual and company sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service What We're Looking For
• Previous sales or business development experience, preferably in the electrical, construction, or related industry
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Professional presentation and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to identify customer needs and develop effective solutions
• Basic understanding of commercial and/or residential construction is preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Valid driver's license
• Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in electrical, construction, or building materials sales
• Existing relationships within the construction or development industry
• Knowledge of electrical construction services and project processes
