Job Summary

We are seeking 2 dedicated, skilled, and experienced Business Development Managers to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have worked in the landscaping industry and have a strong background in the landscape maintenance industry, with extensive experience selling to HOA's in the Broward, Palm Beach, and Treasure Coast areas . The Business Development Manager will play a vital role in growing the company's brand and portfolio in the assigned territory (Broward and Southern Palm Beach counties or Northern Palm Beach, Martin, and St. Lucie counties) . Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. This includes cold calling.
• Develop and maintain relationships with property managers, developers, contractors, HOAs, and other key clients.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, prospecting, and industry events.
• Prepare and present proposals, bids, and service agreements.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth project transitions and client satisfaction.
• Conduct site visits to assess client needs and recommend landscaping solutions.
• Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline and CRM records.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging business opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry events and within the local business community.
• Track sales performance and provide regular reports to Chief Commercial Officer on business development activities. Experience
• Minimum of 4 years of business development experience in the landscaping industry.
• Minimum of 4 years selling within the HOA/Condo market.
• Familiarity with construction techniques and landscape maintenance practices is beneficial.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Applicants without landscaping industry experience and/or experience selling in the condo/HOA market will not be considered. Employee will also have the opportunity to make commission. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
