We are seeking a professional, teamoriented OnSite Leasing Consultant to join our community in York, PA. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong customer service skills, working knowledge of federal Fair Housing laws, and the ability to support a diverse team and resident population.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional inperson and overthephone customer service to prospective and current residents
• Conduct professional tours of available units and guide prospects through the leasing process
• Assist with basic accounting tasks related to leasing and resident ledgers
• Complete background checks, credit checks, and qualification reviews
• Prepare accurate leasing documents in accordance with property standards, regulations, and Fair Housing requirements
• Utilize rental software and Microsoft Office products to manage daily tasks and documentation
• Collaborate effectively with a diverse team and contribute to a positive work environment
• Engage in community outreach and marketing efforts to support occupancy goals
• Manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and maintain strong timemanagement practices
• Demonstrate reliable problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
• Maintain compliance with federal Fair Housing laws at all times Job Tasks:
• Meeting potential renters and guiding them on tours of available units
• Following up on leads for potential renters
• Performing background checks, credit checks and other responsibilities to see if prospective renters are qualified
• Marketing outreach to businesses/organizations in the community
• Preparing leasing documents for potential renters using property standards and regulations
• Advanced sales and marketing skills
