CA Fiber Solutions, a sales and business consulting firm in Garden Grove, is seeking an Entry Level AT&T; Customer Relations Associate to support AT&T;'s customers. You'll manage sales conversations, assist with AT&T; phone upgrades, and keep the experience organized. The Entry Level AT&T; Customer Relations Associate will keep the sales process steady, the expectations realistic, and the household mobile setup functioning like it's supposed to. As an Entry Level AT&T; Customer Relations Associate, you receive coaching and training to master sales while helping families navigate AT&T; mobile devices and plans. The Entry Level AT&T; Customer Relations Associate will deliver sales insight, sales confidence, and sales results, without sounding like a brochure. Core Functions of the AT &T; Customer Relations Associate

• Lead facetoface sales conversations with Garden Grove households, introducing AT&T;'s 5G cell phones as the modern solution for everyday communication.
• Conduct personalized mobile consultations, qualify client needs, and recommend sales packages that fit family lifestyles.
• Deliver engaging sales demonstrations that highlight the benefits of upgrading to AT&T;'s latest smartphones.
• Focus on meeting daily and weekly sales targets, ensuring consistent territory growth.
• Track client feedback to identify upsell opportunities and improve sales performance.
• Expand market share by converting initial sales into longterm account growth. Education & Experience Needed for the AT&T; Customer Relations Associate
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in sales or customer support is a plus
