Freedman's has furnished Florida businesses for 45+ years. We're a commercial B2B office furniture dealer with showrooms in Tampa and West Palm Beach and a footprint across FL, GA, TX, and CA. We're hiring an experienced sales rep for our West Palm Beach showroom to own inbound leads and convert website traffic into closed business. What you'll do

• Handle inbound sales inquiries (calls, forms, showroom walk-ins) and follow up on website visitors and abandoned quotes
• Manage full-cycle B2B deals ranging from $3K reorders to $500K office buildouts
• Build proposals, negotiate, and close across multiple stakeholders on larger projects
• Keep your pipeline clean and current in our CRM What you need
• Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of closing. This is non-negotiable.
• Comfort carrying deals from first touch through close, including large, multi-decision-maker projects
• Strong written and verbal communication; you can run a professional proposal and a hard negotiation
• Reliable, organized, and on-site ready

Compensation

• Guaranteed base salary of $50,000$70,000/year (depending on experience) you keep this regardless of sales
• Commission on top, paid whenever your earnings exceed your base with no cap and nothing ever paid back
• Performance bonuses
