Full description of the position

Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, managing day-to-day operations and promptly resolving any issues. Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with homeowners, with a focus on owner retention. Bonus structure is based on owner retention goals, in addition to base compenstion. Oversee the entire onboarding process of new homes. This includes gathering information, scheduling cleanings and maintenance, coordinating photography, and building online listings that best represent each property. Respond promptly to owner inquiries, issues, and requests, offering quick solutions while collaborating with various departmentes. Be able to consistently hit SLA goals through a shared platform for responding to owners. Would be great if you have previous experience with Zendesk. Full time year-round job. Located in person in Breckenridge or Silverthorne office. Includes full health benefits, PTO, ski pass, 401k match. Must have secure housing in the area.
