You'll receive approximately 810 active rental listings at a time, allowing you to stay productive without worrying about prospecting or cold calling. Every signed lease earns $900 in commission, with no cap on your income. This is a full-time, field-based, commission-only position serving Northern Virginia and Washington, DC. What You'll Do

• Respond quickly to renter inquiries by phone, email, and text
• Schedule and conduct property showings
• Build strong relationships with prospective tenants
• Educate renters about available homes, neighborhoods, schools, and amenities
• Guide applicants from inquiry through lease signing
• Coordinate lease paperwork with tenants, owners, and property managers
• Complete move-in inspections and upload required documentation
• Maintain accurate records and timely follow-up
• Market available properties across multiple listing platforms Service Area You'll regularly travel throughout:

• Lorton
• Alexandria
• Arlington
• Falls Church
• McLean
• Vienna
• Oakton
• Annandale
• Washington, DC

Qualifications

Required

• Active Virginia Real Estate License
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
• Smartphone
• Ability to travel throughout Northern Virginia and Washington, DC
• Active memberships with NVAR, SentriLock, and MLS (membership fees are the agent's responsibility)
• Availability to work evenings and weekends when needed Preferred
• Previous leasing, real estate, or sales experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organization and time management
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Spanish-speaking is a plus
