Overview

Legacy Capital Agents is seeking a dynamic, coachable, and results-driven Licensed Sales Agent to join our growing Summerville, SC office. This role provides qualified leads, industry-leading Medicare training, a competitive base salary, uncapped commissions, and performance bonuses. Our team is passionate about serving seniors while building long-term careers.

Key Responsibilities

Present Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Prescription Drug Plans, and ancillary insurance products. Educate prospects on Medicare options and help them understand coverage choices. Make 125+ outbound calls each day while nurturing client relationships. Set appointments and maintain accurate CRM documentation. Meet or exceed sales and activity goals. Identify cross-selling opportunities including life insurance and annuities. Provide outstanding service to existing clients. Stay current with Medicare regulations and carrier updates. Network and build community partnerships with local businesses, healthcare providers, senior centers, libraries, Chambers of Commerce, and community organizations while planning and facilitating educational seminars, workshops, networking events, and community outreach initiatives to generate qualified leads and strengthen Legacy Capital Agents' presence in the Summerville area. Represent Legacy Capital Agents professionally in every interaction.

Qualifications

Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls. Coachable and goal-oriented. Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
