We're expanding our telecommunications and marketing division and actively hiring Enrollment Associates to help connect customers with the reliable services they need. This is a full-time, entry-level position built for individuals who are ready to gain hands-on experience in sales, customer service, and account management while developing long-term leadership skills.

What You'll Do

as an Enrollment Associate:

• Interact directly with customers to promote products and services that fit their lifestyle and budget.
• Assist with sales inquiries, account activations, and customer enrollments.
• Deliver professional, friendly customer service to ensure a positive experience every time.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently present options and overcome objections.
• Track sales activity, account progress, and customer data using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with team leaders and management to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Support community outreach and marketing events that generate customer engagement.
• Represent Efficient California with enthusiasm, professionalism, and integrity.
