Overview

We're looking for motivated, coachable individuals to join our team as Entry- Level Outside Sales Representatives. In this role, you'll work face-to-face with local business owners, helping them evaluate their current internet, phone, and connectivity services to identify opportunities to save money through AT&T; business solutions. No previous B2B sales experience is required. We provide paid training, daily one-on-one mentorship, and ongoing hands-on coaching to help you develop the confidence and skills needed to succeed in outside sales. You'll work alongside experienced sales professionals, receive continuous feedback, and learn proven strategies you can apply in the field every day. Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face outside sales visits to understand client needs and present compelling product or service solutions
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• Negotiate deals effectively by understanding client requirements, presenting value propositions, and closing sales confidently
• Utilize sales management systems such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer accounts, and monitor sales pipelines Experience
• Previous experience or strong interest in B2B sales, technology sales, or software sales is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical information clearly and persuasively
• Experience in business development or enterprise selling is a plus but not required; a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
