Qualifications
  • Proven experience in hotel sales, catering, or event management
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills
  • Solid contract negotiation abilities
  • Catering Sales Manager Day-to-Day
Responsibilities
  • Sell events by attracting and soliciting new and returning clients
  • Partner closely with the property Director and General Manager to drive revenue
  • Negotiate contracts and finalize event details with clients
  • Conduct property tours and client meetings to showcase event capabilities
  • Coordinate seamlessly with the event team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional client experiences
