Express Employment Professionals is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join a growing team. This role provides administrative and operational support to the sales department, helping ensure projects, customer accounts, and service activities are coordinated efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
• Coordinate customer orders, projects, and service-related activities
• Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining customer records
• Prepare, process, and distribute required documentation and reports
• Develop proposals, presentations, and other sales support materials
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal departments regarding project updates and requirements
• Maintain accurate records, workflows, and documentation systems
• Monitor timelines and ensure tasks are completed according to established schedules
• Coordinate logistics and track project-related resources as needed
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and process improvement initiatives
• Review completed documentation for accuracy and assist with invoicing and billing processes
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the client experience

Qualifications

& Skills:

• Associate degree in Business, Marketing, Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, project coordination, or administrative roles preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business software applications
• Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills Schedule:
