In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking vehicle rentals, providing exceptional service and support throughout the rental process.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers at the rental counter, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.
• Process rental agreements and transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide detailed information about rental vehicles, pricing, and policies.
• Assist customers with reservation changes, vehicle returns, and any rental inquiries.
• Maintain the rental counter area, ensuring it is organized and presentable.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate vehicle availability and maintenance schedules.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support the sales team with lead generation and follow-up as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or automotive rental preferred.
