As we continue to grow across the Midwest, we are expanding our canvassing teams in the Eau Claire, WI and St. Cloud, MN markets.

About the Role

Schmidt Roofing is seeking motivated and energetic Canvassers to join our growing team. This is a field-based role focused on generating qualified appointments for our sales team through door-to-door outreach in targeted neighborhoods. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, engaging with people, and earning strong income through a combination of hourly pay and performance-based incentives.

Compensation

• W2 Full-Time Position
• Base Pay: $25.00 per hour
• Commission: $250- per sold job What's in It for You

Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door outreach in assigned neighborhoods
• Generate qualified appointments for roofing inspections
• Educate homeowners on roofing services and storm damage awareness
• Track daily activity, leads, and performance metrics
• Represent Schmidt Roofing professionally in the field
• Work closely with sales leadership to achieve weekly and monthly goals

Requirements

• Outgoing, confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to work afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays as needed
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must reside in Red Wing, MN.
• Schedule Availability - 12-7 pm cst One Weekday shift from 9 am - 4pm, Saturdays - 9 am- 4 pm, Sundays off, One day during the week - Off
