What You'll Do

as an AT&T; Sales Associate

• Meet face-to-face with customer accounts to introduce AT&T; products and services
• Learn about each customer's needs and recommend personalized solutions
• Guide every customer through enrollments, activations, and account updates
• Answer customer questions with professionalism and confidence
• Build lasting relationships by delivering an outstanding customer experience
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve goals as an AT&T; Sales Associate
• Participate in daily coaching and continued development as an AT&T; Sales Associate What We're Looking For
