Now Hiring: Multifamily Leasing Agent We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our property management team! The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of leasing or property management experience.

What You'll Do

:

• Greet prospective residents, provide tours, and explain community features.
• Assist with leasing paperwork, applications, and renewals.
• Manage leads, track leasing activity, and maintain resident records.
• Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and care.
• Stay informed about leasing specials, occupancy goals, and market trends.
• Ensure the office and community present a welcoming, professional environment. What We're Looking For:
• At least 1 year of leasing or property management experience (required).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
