What You'll Do

• Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and cold calling
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Sell equipment, rentals, parts, and service solutions
• Demonstrate products and educate customers on equipment capabilities
• Prepare equipment quotes and evaluate trade-in equipment
• Stay current on industry trends, product offerings, and manufacturer programs
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals
• Partner with customers to provide outstanding service before and after the sale What We're Looking For
• Proven outside sales or equipment sales experience preferred
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable prospecting and developing new accounts
• Self-motivated with a competitive drive to exceed goals
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
• Problem-solving mindset with excellent customer service skills
