Inside Sales Representative - Commercial Tire Ascenso Tires North America | Hudson, Ohio (on-site no relocation) Own the phone. Build the book._ Ascenso Tires North America is hiring an Inside Sales Representative in Hudson, Ohio to grow our off-highway and commercial tire business agriculture, construction, OTR, truck, and trailer by phone. You'll sell to existing customers and chase new ones: outbound calls, prospecting, reopening dormant accounts, and closing. We're a fast-growing global brand investing heavily in North America, and inside sales is where a lot of that growth starts. You'll start with two months of paid, hands-on training in our Hudson office learning the product, the industry, and our customers alongside experienced sellers. Successfully complete the program and you'll take on your own book of accounts to grow. No travel, no relocation this role is based in Hudson. WHO YOU ARE

• 2-3 years of B2B or inside/phone sales , with a real track record of carrying and hitting a number
• A hunter on the phone : comfortable with high-volume outbound calls, prospecting, and reviving dormant accounts
• Relationship-driven : grows existing customers while chasing new business
• Organized and self-managing : runs your own call plan and follow-up without being told
• Coachable and curious : takes feedback fast and wants to learn the product and the industry WHAT YOU GET
• $50,000-$70,000 base salary , plus commissions and bonus
• Your own book of accounts to grow based in our Hudson, Ohio office, no travel or relocation
