Full description of the position

The UPS Store in Parma is looking for a dependable, friendly, and customer- focused team member to join our growing store. In this role, you'll help customers with shipping, packaging, printing, mailbox services, and other business solutions. No UPS Store experience is required; we provide paid training and all the tools you need to succeed. If you enjoy helping people, learning new skills, and working in a fast-paced environment where every day is different, we'd love to meet you. Schedule

• Approximately 30-35 hours per week
• All weekdays: 2:00 PM 8:00 PM
• Some weekends
• One weekday off each week (typically Wednesday or Thursday) - if working weekend shift

What You'll Do

• Provide outstanding customer service
• Assist customers with shipping, packaging, printing, and mailbox services
• Process transactions using our POS system
• Generate shipping labels and prepare packages for shipment
• Recommend products and services that best meet customer needs
• Operate printing, copying, scanning, and fax equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment
• Support daily store operations and work as part of a team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience preferred
• Retail, cashier, hospitality, office, shipping, or printing experience is a plus
• Strong communication and people skills
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
