Retail Sales Representative Full Time / In-Person Classic Solutions Group is a retail sales and customer service company that partners with established businesses to support in-store sales and customer experience. Our team focuses on helping customers find the products and services that best meet their needs while delivering knowledgeable, professional service. We are currently hiring Retail Sales Representatives to join our team. This is an entry-level opportunity for individuals interested in developing their skills in retail sales, customer service, and professional communication. No prior sales experience is requiredwe provide comprehensive paid training.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming in-store experience.
• Answer questions and provide accurate information about available products and services.
• Assist customers in selecting products that best fit their needs.
• Recommend additional products or services when appropriate.
• Process cash, credit card, and electronic payments accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
• Support daily store operations and work collaboratively with team members.
• Participate in occasional community outreach or local promotional events as needed.
• Follow company policies and provide excellent customer service during every interaction.
