Affordable Care Agents, an Integrity partner agency, is hiring licensed Medicare Sales Agents for our Delray Beach office ahead of the upcoming Annual Enrollment Period (AEP). We're looking for driven, compliance-minded professionals with hands-on Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug Plan (MAPD) and Medicare Supplement (Medigap) sales experience to join our in-person team. What you'll do: - Meet with and enroll Medicare-eligible clients in MAPD, Medicare Supplement, and Part D plans - Conduct compliant needs assessments and plan comparisons for prospective members - Maintain accurate documentation in our CRM, including call notes, appointment records, and compliance checklists - Follow up with leads and referrals through structured outreach cadences - Stay current on AHIP/NABIP certifications and required carrier certifications What we're looking for: - Active health/life insurance license (Florida required; additional state licenses a plus) - Verifiable National Producer Number (NPN) - 2+ years of experience in Medicare sales strongly preferred, including MAPD and Medicare Supplement/Medigap - Part D experience a plus - AHIP/NABIP Medicare certification and relevant carrier certifications (or willingness to complete immediately) - Excellent phone, in-person, and written communication skills - Bilingual Spanish/English preferred - Comfortable working in a CRM environment with call documentation, appointment setting, and follow-up workflows - Strong compliance judgment and attention to detail - Multi-state licensure a plus - Must be available to work in person at our Delray Beach office

Compensation

: $20/hour plus performance bonuses. Bonuses are subject to compliance, performance, agency policy, and applicable carrier/CMS/state rules.
