Job Title: Account Manager/Business Development/Director of Sales IT Solutions/Technology Solutions (Healthcare & Life Sciences) Location: Chicago, Boston, or Los Angeles Job Type: Full Time Job Brief We are looking for a strong and driven leader to join our client's team as an Account Manager/ Client Partner. In this role, you will work with top healthcare and life sciences companies. You will help them grow by offering smart IT solutions. If you enjoy building strong client relationships, closing deals, and leading from the front, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with senior leaders like CIO, CISO, VP, and SVP
• Find new clients and win new business (hunting)
• Grow existing accounts and increase revenue (farming)
• Sell IT solutions like Cyber Security, Data & AI, and Digital Customer Experience
• Manage full P&L; and drive business growth
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and offer the right solutions
• Focus on key life sciences clients, especially large global companies

Qualifications

• Experience selling IT solutions in the Healthcare or Life Sciences industry
• Strong experience working with companies like Abbott Laboratories, Takeda, or Edwards Lifesciences
• Proven success in sales and account growth
• Experience managing P&L;
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
